Our Returns Policy

We understand that books can sometimes be damaged via post. We also know that sometimes our customers can change their mind about their book purchase. No worries – just give us a call on 03 9824 2990 or email corrie@mybookshop.net.au and we will arrange a payment reversal or an exchange for another book, which we will send to you free of charge.

We will then arrange to either collect the returning/exchanging book from you (if you live within 5 kms of our shop) or provide funds and instructions for postage return.

Please note: our Returns and Exchanges Policy does not apply to books that have been read or used. We also ask you can contact us within 30 days of your parcel arriving.
